At ROSE Foundation, this pillar lies at the heart of our mission to eliminate cervical cancer in Malaysia. We believe that accurate knowledge is key to prevention and early detection. Yet, cervical cancer remains a taboo topic, limiting conversations and allowing misconceptions to persist.
By building understanding across all levels — from individuals to decision-makers — and through impactful awareness campaigns and direct community engagement, we foster social capital by connecting women, healthcare providers, and policymakers. This collective knowledge drives advocacy and inspires action, creating a society that values women’s health and takes proactive steps to prevent cervical cancer.
Since our inception, we have reached thousands of women across Malaysia by building awareness and knowledge. Our efforts have strengthened community advocacy, leading to increased participation in self-sampling programs and a greater understanding of cervical health. With the support of our dedicated partners and advocates, we continue to drive meaningful change in the fight against cervical cancer.
