WORLD CERVICAL CANCER ELIMINATION DAY 2025

On 17 November 2025, the world will come together to mark the first World Cervical Cancer Elimination Day that has been officially designated by World Health Organization (WHO) as the first global health day dedicated to eliminating cervical cancer.

Act Now: Join the Movement to Eliminate Cervical Cancer

  1. Get screened. If you’re a woman aged 30–65, take an HPV test (you can now do it yourself through self-sampling). Early detection can save your life.

  2. Talk about it. Start conversations with your family, friends, and community. Awareness begins with open and honest dialogue free from shame and embarrassment.

  3. Share your story. Survivors and advocates can inspire others by sharing their journeys on social media using #ActNowEliminateCervicalCancer.

  4. This Teal Tuesday (18 November 2025), join ROSE Foundation and Teal Asia in supporting the mission to eliminate cervical cancer! Wear teal and stand a chance to win two flight tickets to Chengdu, proudly sponsored by Malaysia Airlines. Check out our Instagram page to find out more!

This World Cervical Cancer Elimination Day, take a step – big or small – towards a future where no woman dies from a preventable disease.

If you’re interested in joining our mission to eliminate cervical cancer and bringing Program ROSE to your community or workplace, we’d love to hear from you!
